    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Witch-Book ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GOLDEXCODE INNOVATIONS INC., a Delaware corporation ("Company").

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
    • One person may not maintain more than one account

    4. Services Description

    Witch-Book is a marketplace and community platform connecting spiritual practitioners with seekers. Our services include:

    • Practitioner profiles and discovery
    • Session booking and scheduling
    • AI-powered spiritual tools (tarot readings, dream interpretation, numerology, crystal recommendations)
    • Community features (blog posts, timeline, media sharing)
    • Digital currency (WitchCoins) for transactions

    5. Practitioner Terms

    5.1 Verification

    Practitioners must apply and be approved before offering services. We may verify qualifications and reserve the right to reject or revoke practitioner status at any time.

    5.2 Service Accuracy

    Practitioners must accurately describe their services, qualifications, and experience. Misleading claims are grounds for suspension or termination.

    5.3 Independent Contractors

    Practitioners are independent service providers, not employees of GOLDEXCODE INNOVATIONS INC.. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by practitioners.

    5.4 Earnings & Payouts

    Practitioners earn WitchCoins for sessions. The platform retains a 35% commission; the remaining 65% constitutes the practitioner's net earnings. The commission covers all payment processing fees, platform infrastructure, ongoing development and modernization, and future applicable VAT obligations on WitchCoin sales. Payouts are processed once per calendar month when net earnings reach the minimum threshold of $50 USD. Practitioners are solely responsible for their own tax obligations as independent contractors.     6. WitchCoins & Payments

    • WitchCoins are a digital currency used exclusively within the Platform
    • WitchCoins have no cash value outside the Platform
    • All purchases of WitchCoins are final and non-refundable. WitchCoins cannot be converted back to real currency, transferred to other users, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances
    • By purchasing WitchCoins, you acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring a non-refundable digital token for use solely within the Platform
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing and coin packages at any time
    • Unused WitchCoins do not expire
    • In the event of account termination due to Terms violations, any remaining WitchCoin balance will be forfeited

    6.1 Practitioner Donations

    Practitioners may voluntarily donate WitchCoins back to the platform ("Universe Balance Donation"). These donations are:

    • Completely voluntary and at the practitioner's sole discretion
    • Non-refundable and non-reversible once submitted
    • Used to support platform development, community features, and ecosystem growth
    • Not tax-deductible — practitioners should consult their own tax advisor

    7. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Post fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
    • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
    • Impersonate any person or entity
    • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
    • Attempt to circumvent security measures
    • Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
    • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
    • Interfere with the Platform's proper operation

    8. Content

    8.1 Your Content

    You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Witch-Book a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Platform.

    8.2 Content Moderation

    We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

    8.3 AI-Generated Content

    Content generated by our AI tools is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and all original content, is owned by GOLDEXCODE INNOVATIONS INC. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

    10. Disclaimers

    • The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
    • Spiritual and mystical services are for entertainment and personal growth; they are not substitutes for professional advice
    • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated readings or recommendations
    • We are not responsible for interactions between users and practitioners

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLDEXCODE INNOVATIONS INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOLDEXCODE INNOVATIONS INC., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

    13. Termination

    • You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
    • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
    • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
    • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

    14. Governing Law & Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. GOLDEXCODE INNOVATIONS INC. is a Delaware corporation.

    Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the State of Delaware. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).

    15. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
